  •  I PLACED MY ORDER. WHY HASN'T IT SHIPPED YET?

Orders may take up to 3 business days to process. Please note shipping times may very due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We offer two shipping options:

USPS Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)

$5.99

USPS Priority Shipping (1-3 business days)

$7.99

 PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED/SHIPPED ON WEEKENDS

 

  •  DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.

 

  • CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

If you contact us within the first 4 hours after placing your order we will do our best to update your address but we can not guarantee it. Please make sure to double check your information prior to placing the order. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. If we are able to make changes to your shipping address, you will be asked to provide billing proof. Please email us at shop@orithelabel.com with your order number if you would like to change your shipping address.

 

  • MY ORDER WAS SENT BACK. WHAT DO I DO?
Most orders get sent back due to address issues. In this case, we offer two options. We can reship the item out once you pay a $8.99 reshipment fee or we can issue you store credit. The store credit will not include the shipping cost you paid for when you placed the order. Please make sure to always double check your address before hitting submit.
  • MY TRACKING STATES THAT MY ORDER IS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING. WHAT DO I DO?

Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer within our control. In instances of lost packages, contact the shipping carrier directly.
