Refund Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Items will be refunded with store credit. Items must be returned unworn and with tags still attached and in original condition.

If an exchange or refund is desired, you must first contact customer service at shop@orithelabel.com. Please include all information below in your email:

  • First and Last name on the order
  • Order number
  • Reason for return/exchange

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORI THE LABEL DOES NOT ISSUE RETURN LABELS. SHIPPING COST IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT BE REFLECTED IN THE STORE CREDIT AMOUNT

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ITEMS SHIPPED THROUGH STANDARD SHIPPING?

If an exchange or refund is desired, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, according to the tracking number. You must also send the item back within 5 days after return request email. Ori the Label thoroughly inspects each item before shipping out to ensure none are broken or damaged. Once it leaves our home-base and is in usps hands, we are not responsible for any lost, broken or damaged items while in transit. Please do not send your item back before speaking to an OTL representative.

WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE?

Exchanges/returns of handmade items, swimsuits, accessories, bodysuits, and intimate wear, are not accepted due to sanitary reasons. Items that are also on sale are final, and can not be exchanged or returned. Black Friday sale items are also final and can not be exchanged or returned. Items purchased with store credit will not be accepted as exchange/return.

 

I COMPLETED MY RETURN. WHATS NEXT?

You will receive notification of store credit through email within 5 days of your accepted return. Store credit will be accessed via a unique code used during checkout. Credits are non-transferable.
